KAYO Luxury is a fashion and lifestyle venture offering distinctive, technology-led accessories and luxury handbags.

“KAYO Luxury,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the website operator. “Website” means https://kayoluxury.com/. “You” and “customer” refer to visitors, registered users and purchasers. “Product” means an item displayed or sold through the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to order independently. A person under 18 may use the website only with a parent or lawful guardian’s involvement and consent.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and your use of the website is lawful.

These Terms form an electronic agreement. Using the website, registering, confirming acceptance or placing an order signifies agreement. Additional terms displayed with a product, service or promotion also apply where relevant.

We may update these Terms for changes in products, services, features, practices or legal obligations. Revised Terms will appear here with an updated date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance.

Where available, you may order without an account but remain responsible for accurate billing, delivery and contact details. Order history, saved addresses or wishlists may be unavailable to guest users.

We make reasonable efforts to present names, descriptions, dimensions, colours, photographs, materials, features and prices accurately.

• Colour may vary due to lighting, photography and screens.
• Minor product and measurement variations may occur.
• Packaging may change without affecting the product.
• Material or manufacturing characteristics may create visual variations.

Minor variations that do not affect intended use are not necessarily defects. Material misdescription will be handled under applicable law and our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart or wishlist does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we may offer an alternative, store credit or an applicable refund.

We may reasonably limit quantities by customer, account, address, mobile number or payment method.

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping, Cash on Delivery, gift-wrapping or other charges will be shown before order completion.

Prices may change. A change normally will not affect an accepted order, except for an obvious pricing or technical error.

If an obvious error affects price, description, image, availability or promotion, we may contact you to confirm corrected terms, offer an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund. We will not knowingly enforce an evident technical or typographical error.

Submitting an order is your offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but not necessarily acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm, process for fulfilment or dispatch the order, whichever occurs first. Additional verification may be requested.

We may reasonably hold, refuse or cancel an order due to unavailable stock, incorrect information, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete customer details, unserviceable address, excessive quantities, promotion misuse, legal requirements or technical errors.

If we cancel after successful payment, an applicable refund will be initiated. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

Payment methods appear at checkout and may be governed by the provider’s terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the method, details are accurate and the transaction is lawful.

We do not knowingly store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. A deduction does not guarantee acceptance. Contact us with the transaction reference if payment succeeds but no order is generated.

Cash on Delivery may be limited by product, order value and PIN code. We may verify an order by phone, WhatsApp, email or OTP. Repeated refusal or failed delivery may restrict future Cash on Delivery access. Any fee will appear at checkout.

• Offers apply only during their validity period and stated conditions.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless permitted.
• Use may be limited by customer, account, email, mobile, address or payment method.
• Shipping, Cash on Delivery or other charges may be excluded.
• Fraudulent use or obvious errors may be corrected or withdrawn.

If a return removes promotional eligibility, the refund may be recalculated.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates and may change due to courier availability, weather, holidays, restrictions, address errors or events beyond reasonable control.

You must provide a complete address and active mobile number. Delivery risk will be handled under applicable law and shipment circumstances.

These are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law. Products must satisfy eligibility conditions. Certain used, altered, personalised, final-sale or improperly returned products may be ineligible, except where a legal remedy applies.

Mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products are not excluded.

A cancellation request may be accepted before processing or dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible and the return procedure may apply. A request is not confirmed until accepted by KAYO Luxury.

Brand names, logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, layouts, text, promotional materials, software and code belong to or are lawfully used by KAYO Luxury and are protected by applicable law.

You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Products may contain original forms, digital models, manufacturing details and brand identifiers. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

Unauthorised replication, moulding, scanning, reproduction, commercial imitation or derivative production is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

You confirm submitted reviews, comments, images or testimonials are genuine, lawful, non-infringing and free of spam or harmful code.

You grant KAYO Luxury a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted content to operate, promote and improve the business, subject to privacy law. We may moderate or remove content and need not publish every submission.

You must not use the website unlawfully; provide false customer or payment data; access accounts or systems without permission; introduce harmful code; interfere with security; scrape data; impersonate others; misuse promotions or reviews; infringe rights; or harass customers, staff or providers.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders or take appropriate legal action.

The website may link to payment gateways, couriers, social platforms and other independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability or practices except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We aim for secure, functional access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, failures or cyber incidents may cause downtime. We may reasonably change, suspend or discontinue features.

Suitability may depend on personal preference and intended use. Review descriptions, measurements and care information before buying. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as available.” We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, KAYO Luxury is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability relating to an order generally will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

This does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, mandatory consumer rights, non-excludable liability or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate KAYO Luxury for reasonable losses caused by your unlawful website use, material breach, fraudulent account activity or infringing submitted content. This does not apply to loss caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy for purposes including accounts, orders, payment verification, delivery, support, security and legal compliance. Please review it before providing information.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic restrictions, war, government action, transport disruption, labour disputes, utility failure, cyber incidents or supply-chain disruption.

We will reasonably try to minimise the impact and complete or refund affected orders where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes are subject to competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction over KAYO Luxury’s registered or principal place of business.

Nothing prevents a customer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission or authority where permitted.

Contact contact@kayoluxury.com with your full name, order number, registered contact information, clear issue description and relevant evidence. We will review and respond within a reasonable period under applicable law.

If a provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary. All remaining provisions continue in effect.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it. Any waiver must be expressly confirmed in writing.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and additional checkout terms form the agreement concerning website use and purchases.
